Tea Craft, All Blacks 9-16.8. 2025

This week will be mostly about black teas.
Well, it’s not like we won’t create some whites, greens, or oolongs too.
But we’ll really dive deep into black teas – short and long oxidation, fermentation, withering in the sun, natural vs. machine drying, baking, and the Maillard reaction...

During one week, we will guide you on a life-changing journey from tea lover to tea creator.

25 000 Kč

What you create, you will bring home.

We will dive into the creation of our signature teas – black! There’s so much here to explore.
How to bring out more citrus notes through fermentation, how to create a light caramel finish through baking,
and how sun withering can help us in the process.

What does a typical tea day look like?

After breakfast, we will head to the factory to check the previous day’s production. One or two teas should be tested, right? Then, we will move to the garden around 9 AM for harvesting fresh leaves while enjoying a meditative experience as we pick. The leaves will be left for withering in the factory around 12 PM. How about a fresh salad made with local vegetables from nearby farms around 1 PM? After that, we will proceed with the leaves from the day before. If we finish around 2 PM, we can choose: enjoy drinking tea in the mountains or by the sea, or maybe make some more tea? The choice is yours.

In case of rain, we will move to the mountains or seaside for relaxation around. So there can be changes in the program due to the weather.
