What you create, you will bring home.
May is made for making tea. At least, it is on our garden. The May–June period is the best season for leaves. We have plenty of fresh leaves in our garden. Let me guide you on the tea journey, from picking the leaves to making the finished tea.
Our signature color is black, and we will craft many different black teas together: short-oxidized, long-fermented, air-restricted black, sun-dried— you’ll see how small changes influence the final taste.
Where there's black, there should be white! So, we will create at least two different white teas.
And why not green? Of course! We will explore both Japanese and Chinese methods to understand how different techniques affect the taste.

What does a typical day look like?
After breakfast, we will head to the factory to check the previous day’s production. One or two teas should be tested, right? Then, we will move to the garden around 9 AM for harvesting fresh leaves while enjoying a meditative experience as we pick. The leaves will be left for withering in the factory around 12 PM. How about a fresh salad made with local vegetables from nearby farms around 1 PM? After that, we will proceed with the leaves from the day before. If we finish around 2 PM, we can choose: enjoy drinking tea in the mountains or by the sea, or maybe make some more tea? The choice is yours.
In case of rain, we will move to the mountains or seaside for relaxation around.
